You may have noticed that consumers can order our puppets online through the Folkmanis.com website. This online store is set up through the Quivers system so that retailers like you can reach a wider audience! Folkmanis never sells directly to consumers, and this was a perfect solution for us to offer ecommerce on our flagship website.

Here's how it works: if a customer (say in Dayton, Ohio) places an order online through Folkmanis.com, the order will be fulfilled by the geographically closest Quivers-participating retail partner to their Dayton, Ohio address who has the puppet(s) in stock. This way, if a store carries our full inventory, they can broaden their customer base by tens of thousands!

To claim an order on a Quivers order, you must already have the puppet in stock. Quivers expects a 24 hour turn-around in shipping time, and drop-shipping is not allowed from the Folkmanis Warehouse.

Qualification

To be a Quivers retailer partner, you need to have an account in good standing with at least one Quivers-enabled manufacturer. (Folkmanis® Puppets is Quivers-enabled manufacturer.) Quivers is not a distributor or a manufacturer’s representative. They cannot help retailers get wholesale accounts with manufacturers. Quivers does not sell products to retailers.

Expectations

It's free to join Quivers. There is no monthly fee or obligation to participate.

Once you have joined, if a consumer places an order via Quivers and you you will be able to look at orders you could help manufacturers fulfill. 

As a team, all the retailers and dealers in Quivers are held to the highest standards of shipment accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. It also helps if you have a fast internet connection and check your Quivers account often.

Retailers receive their funds from orders processed by Quivers and Paylution.
