Freight: FOB Emeryville, California on all shipments including back orders.

Folkmanis uses UPS Ground shipping. Please visit the UPS Site to estimate delivery times to your address. Express shipping is available, but please be advised that it can be extremely expensive.

Canadian orders are shipped via US Airmail unless otherwise requested.

Returns

Fabrics are subject to change without notice, due to availability.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All authorized claims and returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Credit cannot be given for shopworn and/or price tagged items.

Returns due to product defects or packing/order mistakes will be picked up via a UPS call-tag. Please call the Folkmanis Offices to receive your call tag. Call tags are sent via email.
